Today I want to
recommend a Wood Fired Pizza to u guys, its state at Taida (台大) and Ximen (西門), Taiwan.
There are family entrepreneurship, first of all is by their brother, after that
sis and mum also joined to helped, it’s a warm and sweet family. Actually they
have no many flavors at menu, no grandeur decoration, but they have special
Pizza which is made by Wood Fired, they have wealthy of DIY style, they have
driftwood as a seat, they have full creative taste with their pizza, it’s a
handwork pizza while u make an order, they will just made it for u, takes
around 6min to done, quite fast huh? U sure have a hot delicious taste!
Taida (台大) is the first originate
Ximen (西門) its large if compare
with Taida (台大).
It has more seats for customers and different decoration too.
I love so much the
crispy crust and my flavor is “smoked cheese” & “pesto mushroom”. It was
attract me while seen the picture. Their chili sauce was made by themselves
(plant at their hometown at Yilan-宜兰, handmade
by their mum if no mistake), u guys must taste it cos lots of customers love it
so much ^^
